2. Services Description

Real Estate AI provides AI-powered automation solutions for home service businesses, including but not limited to:

  • Conversation AI — chatbot and lead management systems

  • Voice AI — automated call handling and follow-up

  • Content AI — marketing content generation

  • Workflow AI — business process automation

  • Reviews AI — reputation management tools

  • Funnel AI — sales funnel creation and management

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete business information required to configure your AI systems

  • Use our services in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws

  • Obtain any necessary consents from your own customers before deploying AI communication tools on their behalf

  • Not use our services to send spam, unsolicited communications, or engage in deceptive practices

4. Compliance with Communication Laws

Our AI tools may send SMS messages, emails, or make calls on your behalf. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and any other applicable communication regulations. Real Estate AI is not liable for any violations arising from your use of our services.

5. Data & Privacy

We collect business and contact information submitted through our website and service setup process. This data is used solely to configure and operate your AI systems. We do not sell your data to third parties. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described herein.

You are responsible for maintaining your own privacy policy and ensuring your customers are informed about how their data is collected and used by your AI-powered systems.

6. Payment Terms

Service fees, payment schedules, and refund policies are outlined in the individual service agreement signed at onboarding. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment after a 7-day grace period following the due date.

7. Intellectual Property

All AI systems, workflows, templates, and tools built by Real Estate AI remain the intellectual property of Real Estate AI until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered systems for their own business operations. You may not resell, sublicense, or transfer our tools without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Real Estate AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed leads, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party platforms (SMS providers, CRM tools, social media APIs) may experience downtime beyond our control. We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party service providers.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you retain access to any assets fully paid for. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for violation of these terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients of material changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maryland.
